How to Create a New Ticket

Please follow these procedures closely in case you'd need to submit a ticket so that our customer support team can provide you with prompt and proper responses:

  1. Provide a link to your site. If something doesn't work, please send us a link to the page that has the issue.
  2. Send related screenshots. Screenshots are helpful for us to precisely detect the problem.
  3. Admin Dashboard Login Info. We need to log in to your site in order to solve the problem quickly.
  4. FTP info. This is required when we need to update the code in case of an urgent issue.
  5. WordPress / Plugin Updates. Please make sure that you are using the latest WordPress version and plugin update.
